WorkFirst, a division of Easter Seals Southern California, is an employment service that assists individuals to secure and maintain paid employment. 

WorkFirst also supports those interested in developing and operating their own business. 

WorkFirst, along with transition services provided by Easter Seals, will also support individuals who are currently in, or have just graduated from, high school to make the transition to work and community life. 

WorkFirst and Easter Seals' goal is to support people to enhance their economic self-sufficiency, self-esteem and participation in the community.
